Using this site
You are welcome to read, link to and quote this site. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
catalystgen.net describes Catalyst Gen and the products we build. It is information, not an offer, a contract, or professional advice. Nothing here creates a commercial relationship on its own — that happens through a signed agreement or a product's own terms.
Our content and marks
The text, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Catalyst Gen unless stated otherwise. The Catalyst Gen name, the logo, and the product names HEREIQ, CelerCard and AI Intent Layer are our marks. You may reproduce our logo for editorial, press and partnership use under the rules on the brand page. You may not use our marks to imply that we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with something we are not.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to systems behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or republish it wholesale as your own. Ordinary reading, sharing and quoting with attribution are fine.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but product descriptions, availability and roadmap statements can change without notice and some information here will age. The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Links out
This site links to our product sites and to third-party services such as Calendly and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Catalyst Gen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia, and the courts of The Gambia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
